Terms and Conditions Notice Agreement

1. Disclaimer of Warranty -- Except as otherwise provided in
this agreement, Global One makes no guarantee, warranty or
representation, expressed or implied, regarding the condition,
merchantability or fitness of the information or communication
services offered for any particular use or purpose.

2. Limitation of Liability -- In no event shall Global One be liable
for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages
as a result of this service. The total liability for any loss or damage
sustained by the purchaser, as a result of any action or failure
to act on the part of Global One, whether Global One knew or
should have known that damages might or could be incurred,
shall be limited to the cost of the unused portion of the card.
Global One shall not be liable for any damages as a result of
causes outside of its control or not directly attributable to the
service. Global One is not liable for any damages which may occur
as a result of the unauthorized use of this service.

3. Modifications -- Global One has the right to change or modify
these terms and conditions. Such changes may include but are
not limited to, the prices charged at any time, with the method
of notice determined within Global One's sole discretion.

4. Miscellaneous -- The service may not be used for any unlawful
purpose. Global One retains the right to provide law enforcement
or a court of appropriate jurisdiction information regarding the
use of this service upon issuance of a subpoena.
